Another summer has come and nearly gone. As always, the blog gets short shrift.
We have had a busy month with the trip to Europe (for gNappies in the UK and gDiapers in France) with kids and my Mum in tow. We had a trip or two to the east coast and managed to meet up with Kim's Dad and squeeze in not one but two shows on Broadway - the hilarious Book of Mormon and the Australian production of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert.
I managed to get a third Hood to Coast relay run done with Tom and Britt's team. This year's team name: Zsa Zsa's Last Leg was a bit over the top for most of our fellow competitors. The race involves teams with 12 runners in 2 vans covering 36 legs over 200 miles from Mt Hood to the Coast and takes anywhere from 17 to 30 hours. The beer at the end tastes very good!
gDipes had a really fun summer BBQ at Jeff's place with partners, kids and all.
Fynn started his (American) football career as a "Safety" and Harper is getting ready for first grade. Much excitement! It's back to school next week for them and the start of the Rugby World Cup in NZ. Productivity will be at an all time low, especially given the Wallabies win over the All Blacks last week.
