2009 running season starts in 48 hours

I am running two events this year, The 8km Shamrock Run this Sunday and the 197 mile Hood To Coast Relay event with Dodge and his insane group of friends (yes, I am talking about you Megan). It is a far cry from the three marathons I ran in 2007 alone but putting in 100 mile weeks just isn't realistic with the biz and the boys, not to mention the wife... So I am a little sad but we will prevail. At least when I crack 40 next year the qualifying for Boston is that much more achievable.
